The 29-year-old Hunter was shot and killed in his Chicago apartment building early Sunday morning. A native of Valdosta, Hunter played for the Bulldogs from 1992-95. He had 182 catches for 2,373 yards, both of which were school records when he completed his collegiate career. He played professionally for Tampa Bay and Miami.
Arrangements finalized for Hunter
Funeral arrangements for former Georgia football player Brice Hunter have now been finalized. After a memorial service in Chicago on Wednesday, Hunter's funeral will take place on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Valdosta's Southside Church of Christ.
