"Georgia is my leader," said linebacker prospect Pierre Easley. "They offered me over the weekend. I hope to make a decision next week. It looks like it will be Georgia but I just have to make sure it is the right choice. Georgia has good academics, I like the football program and it is close to home. I also like Wake Forest, Boston College and Memphis. They have all offered me a scholarship." Easley, from The Marist School in Atlanta, Georgia, plays defensive tackle and end. He is 6-1 and 230 pounds. Easley runs well (4.6) and is strong (365 bench press). "I am always around the football making plays. I have good fundamentals. Teams want me as a middle linebacker." Easley camped this summer at Auburn.
