Hot 100 OL Back from Unofficial Visit

Josh McNeil is a member of The Insiders National Hot 100 as one of the top center prospects in America. This four star prospect has fifteen offers and now has it down to seven schools. Who are McNeil's lucky seven, and which ones has he visited already?

"Georgia, Florida, Nebraska, LSU, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Ole Miss are the seven I am down to. I have offers from all the schools I am interested in, so it is safe to say I will go to one of these schools", said Josh McNeil.

What campuses has McNeil toured this summer?

"LSU, Florida, MSU and I just got back from Georgia."

"Basically, I have done the same things at each school. I tour the campus, see the facilities, meet the coaches and just get a feel for the environment. I just got back from Georgia and it went really well. I got to sit down and talk to Coach Richt, and that was nice. I also talked to Offensive Line Coach, Coach Calloway and met some current players. It was a real good trip for me. All four places have two things in common, they all have a nice atmosphere and are great places to play football."

Does McNeil have any official visits set yet?

"No sir, they are not set up yet, but I do know four of the five that will definitely get visits. Georgia, Florida, Nebraska and Mississippi State will get visits and the fifth one, I am not sure about yet."

McNeil has no leader to this point and won't make a commitment until after his football season is over. He just completed his first stage of recruitment. He has it down to seven schools; he has visited a few schools this summer unofficially and is now set for stage two. Stage two for him is to win his third State Championship. That is where his focus will be the next 4-5 months. After that, then he will be in the final stage as he turns his attention back to recruiting; he'll take his official visits and make his decision.

Side note: Josh McNeil's brother, Chris, is set to be the starting center for Mississippi State this season. Josh will be in attendance for most MSU games this year supporting Chris, but quickly points out, that will not factor into his decision.
