"I just got back from Georgia," said Reshard Dudley. "I would give my official visit to Athens a 9 out of 10. I love their coaches. They really talked with me and they are real. I know I have a real good shot at playing early at Georgia. They need a running back. Right now, it is two teams, Georgia and LSU."
Dudley, from Marianna, Florida, is one of the South's top running back prospects. He will visit LSU (12-14) and make a quick decision after that.
"I hope to announce the Monday or Tuesday after the LSU trip. I will come back and talk it over with my mom."
Dudley, 5-10 and 210 pounds, broke his ankle and only played in three game this season. He gets the cast off in about a week.
"What happened was a blessing. You know, God works in mysterious ways. It made me realize how precious football is. It also gave me a chance to catch up on my grades. My academics are much better."
UGA will make an in-home visit with him this week.
