Ready to Make His Mark

After missing his junior season with an injury, Terrence Moore is poised for a breakout senior season.

What schools are on the recruiting trail for Moore?

Moore said, "Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Vanderbilt, Auburn, Ball State and Duke are the schools recruiting me the hardest right now."

"Georgia is the school I get the most mail from. They are the one school that recruits me harder than anyone else."

What has Moore been up to this summer?

"Just working to get better. I have been working on my quickness. That is my biggest weakness I think. I want to improve my speed. I feel I bring a lot to the game; I am a good QB, I read defenses well and I am a great leader, but I want to improve my overall speed. I also went to Georgia's camp July 9th and 10th. That was the only camp I attended."

Does Moore have favorites and a leader?

"My top five are Georgia, Auburn, Florida, Ball State and Vanderbilt."

"Georgia is my leader."

What stands out early on to make Georgia his leader?

"I went to their camp and really liked how they ran things there. Everything was organized and was ran to perfection. I liked the campus and surroundings also."

Can we expect an early commitment from Moore?

"No sir, I plan to wait until after the season to make my decision. I would like to take my visits and wait to see all my options."

Moore plays QB for Shaw, but most schools are recruiting him to be the QB of the defense at free safety. GT and FLA are the only schools recruiting Moore as a QB right now.

Moore projects as a full qualifier.
