Update 2002 - Ethan Flatt (QB)

Lesser Known, but definitely not lesser talented, 6'6 QB: Ethan Flatt.

Ethan Flatt, from David Lipscomb High School in Nashville, TN, may not have shown up on the radar of every recruitnik in the southeast, but he's no stranger to recruiters. At 6'6 and 190 pounds (4.7 forty), Flatt has the frame football coaches on any level look for. Flatt has taken one trip to Louisville and has one scheduled for Ole Miss this weekend.

"We went 10-2 this year," said Lipscomb. "We lost in the second round. I finished with about 1820 yards, a 55% completion percentage, 26 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. Right now I'm looking at Louisville and Ole Miss. I went to Louisville last weekend and really liked it. I like the offense they run. I like the offensive coordinator, and I think I could get a shot to play pretty early there. Ole Miss and Louisville are the two that have been recruiting me from the beginning. I may make a decision as soon as I get back from Ole Miss this weekend. If I hear from some other schools, I may hold off a while. I'd like to visit Auburn and Georgia, and I'm interested to see what the coaching situation looks like at Vanderbilt."
