New Top 5 for Big Georgia Back

Jerrell Mabry is a big, strong and agile running back out of Shaw High School in Columbus, GA. Mabry has been tentative to name his favorites, but is now ready to do that. Who will Mabry visit and what does he like about each of his top five?

"I am ready to name a top five now," said Jerrell Mabry. "Tennessee, Miami, Georgia, South Carolina and Maryland are the schools in my top five."

What stands out about each one of these schools?

Tennessee: Good OL to run behind, great tradition of running backs and play a good, hard nosed style of football.
Miami: Tradition and they run the ball a lot
Georgia: Great tradition, coaching staff and they play all their backs
South Carolina: Good team and offense is similar to ours at Shaw
Maryland: location, I really like the area. Coaches and offense

Mabry will take all five official visits before making his decision. He does plan to take unofficial visits to Georgia Tech on the 28th of October when they host Virginia Tech, Tennessee on November 6th when they host Notre Dame and possibly Georgia on November 27th when they host Georgia Tech.

This bruising running back has 718 yards on 98 carries with 12 touchdowns so far this season. He has the size at 6-2 and 260 pounds to play any one of several positions on the college level including offensive or defensive line. Shaw is 7-1.
