Georgia's #1 OL Visits Tennessee this Weekend

Chris Scott is one of the top offensive line prospects in the country this year and now has all five official visits set. Scott was just selected to play in the Army All-American game brought to you by last week. Before the All-American game and signing day 2005, Mr. Scott has some visits to take, and they begin this upcoming weekend.

"I am going to Tennessee this weekend," said Chris Scott.

What is this national hot 100 lineman looking for during his time in Knoxville?

"I want to see more of the campus, get a feel for it. I also want to talk to the academic counselors and learn more about their engineering program. I will also get a chance to talk more to the coaches as well. I am looking forward to all that."

Mr. Scott had his list narrowed down to Tennessee (11/7), Georgia (11/26), Nebraska (12/3), LSU (12/10) and Florida (1/21), but now that Florida has fired Coach Zook, has that changed anything?

"No sir, that was unfortunate for Coach Zook. That does not change my interest in Florida though. I am not signing with a school based on the Coach only, I have to have a lot of interest in the school itself also."

What does this Top Peach State prospect like about his final five?

Tennessee: "Tradition with offensive linemen and Fulmer's success with the program"
Georgia: "Their Coaching Staff and facilities"
Florida: "Gameday atmosphere and academics"
Nebraska: "Offensive linemen tradition"
LSU: "Coaching Staff"

Chris Scott will not only be heading to Knoxville this weekend for his first of five official visits, but will also be leading the Lovejoy Wildcats to battle the Redan Raiders in the first round of the playoffs. will keep you up to date on the recruitment of this Elite prospect through signing day 2005.
