Georgia's #1 OL Back from Athens

Chris Scott, a U.S. Army All-American Bowl invitee has already taken his first official visit of the year to Tennessee (11/5). This weekend he took his second visit as he headed over to Athens to visit Georgia. What are Mr. Scott's thoughts on his visit?

"The visit was great, I really enjoyed myself," said Chris Scott.

Scott took his first official visit to Tennessee back at the first of November. He took all of us here at through the visit and he will do the same on his Georgia trip.

"I got in Friday and met up with Coach Garner and one of my hosts, Jeremy Lomax (former high school teammate). That night we went and ate dinner with the coaches."

"Saturday morning, I got up and went to eat breakfast with the Coaching staff at the Hotel. After that, we went and toured the academic center for an hour or two. Then went to the Dawg Walk and the game."

"After the game, I went to the Country Club and had dinner with the coaches and other recruits. Then, Jeremy and I met up with my other host (Nick Jones) and we hung out in downtown Athens for a little while."

"Today (Sunday), we got up and ate breakfast with the coaches again. Then I went and talked with Coach Richt and Coach Callaway for a little while before I left."

When asked about what stood out to Mr. Scott about his visit to Athens, he had this to say…

"Nothing really, I have been there so many times and seen everything. It is all real nice."

How would this National Hot 100 OL rate his official visit to Georgia?

"I would have to give it a 10," said Scott.

Is Chris Scott ready to name a leader?

"Not yet, but when I get back from my visit to Nebraska in a couple weeks I am going to sit down and begin to look into naming a leader."

Scott has now taken two out of five official visits and will take two more these next two weekends. LSU (12/3) and Nebraska (12/10) will have their chance to impress this Elite lineman.

Chris Scott will host Coach Garner and Callaway from Georgia on Tuesday and Coach Blake of Nebraska on Wednesday for in-home visits.
