Georgia Picks up BIG Commitment

Bryan Evans of Jacksonville, FL is one of the top corners in the country. Evans just played in the U.S. Army All American game last week and took a trip up to Georgia this weekend. The Georgia visit must have went well because Evans gave the Georgia staff a verbal commitment. Why did Evans choose Georgia?

"Georgia is just the best place for me", said Bryan Evans.

"I have family in Atlanta and Albany, Georgia, so it will be easy for them to come see me. Also, I love Georgia's facilities and I feel really good about the school and program."

Evans was hosted by two guys he will team up with next year in the Georgia defensive backfield…

"Demario Minter and Tim Jennings were my hosts. They were cool. We had a great time. I met and hung out with a lot of other players and we all clicked."

Evans still plans to take one last trip next weekend…

"I am going up Illinois next weekend for my last visit, but I am solid to Georgia and that is where I am going."

Evans says, "I am glad to get this behind me. It has been a long process and I am glad to have made my decision. I committed to Georgia today right before I left Athens."
