"Georgia is My Team"

Lionel Mapp is one of the best, and certainly one of the biggest offensive line prospects in the country for the Class of 2006. At 6-5 and 370 pounds, if you're not a Total Access Pass Subscriber yet, it's worth the 7 Day Free Trial just to see Mapp in action on ScoutTV.

Lionel Mapp is an absolute man mountain at an enormous 370lbs, but the first thing you notice about the big fella is just how well he carries that weight.

Mapp created the largest buzz of anyone at January's Kennedy/CES Invitational with just how svelte he looked, for tipping the scales at that high a weight. The consensus among onlookers was that he appeared to be about 40lbs lighter than he actually was.

At this point in the process, Lionel has just one program on his mind that he'd like to play for. Which school is that?

"Georgia is my team," the quiet Greene County OL said.

Why are the Dawgs his favorite school?

"It's a great program and they'll send you to the pro's."

What's the most important recruiting factor Mapp in the early going?

"Academics is the thing I'm looking at."
