Florida WR Loves Georgia Camp

Kendrick Johnson was just one of many Sunshine State products on campus this weekend in Athens, GA. He came away thoroughly impressed with the Bulldogs and their facilities.

"I had a good time. I had a lot of fun. The best part was the campus. I love the apartments they have for the incoming freshmen. Oh my God those things are just amazing. When I first went in my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe it was that big and that nice. It was overwhelming," Kendrick Johnson said.

The WR product will get a visit from the Bulldog receiver's coach later this year.

"I got to talk to Coach Eason. He says he's going to keep in touch with me and come down to watch me play a few times this fall."

The best player he faced at the camp was another Florida product.

"The best player I went up against this weekend was probably Marcus Udell. He's very physical during the first 5 yards but his coverage needs a little bit of work after he gets past that."

The visit to Athens has shaken up his top 5.

"After evaluating Georgia, as of now it's Georgia, LSU, Florida, Clemson and Louisville. My favorite right now, I can't really say. They're all about even right now."

The Dillard product will take an unofficial visit next weekend before heading to his final camp in Baton Rouge.

"I'm leaving to go Clemson on the 16th and the 17th for an unofficial visit. I've camped there before and I just want my mom to see the campus this time. I'm going to LSU for camp on the 28th and 29th."
