Another Dawg arrested

ATHENS – A few days before Georgia opens its fall football camp another Bulldog player has been arrested.

According to a report on the Clarke County Sheriff's website Chase Green, a redshirt sophomore from Demorest, was arrested Saturday night on charges of underage alcohol, open container and littering. Because of Des Williams' season-ending injury a few days ago, Green is listed only behind redshirt freshman Brannan Southerland in the fullback depth chart. Officals at the jail confirmed that Green was a "student" at Georgia.

Green is the most recent in a list of Bulldog players to have a run-in with the law this summer. Aaron Bonding Company posted $1,250.00 on Green's behalf. All three charges are misdemeanors. Green was released on Sunday morning at 2:06 AM. Attempts to reach Georgia's SID Claude Felton were unsucessful.
