Coutu looks for perfection

ATHENS – Brandon Coutu spoke with Dean Legge for a short time after one of Georgia's fall practices.

Dean Legge: Can you tell me what you are excited about for this fall camp?

Brandon Coutu: I am excited to be back out here again. I've been itching to get out here. We have been so used to practicing (during the summer). We've been running a lot, but it was time to get back out here and start practicing and being around the guys again. Its fun and I think this season is going to be pretty fun. There are a lot of people that are counting us out, and everyone is always asking how things are going to be – everyone has their doubts. I think everyone on the team is confident and thinks that we can do something special things this year.

What do you need to do from here on out during camp?

Not miss a kick. I don't plan on it. I feel real confident. The snapper and holder are back, and I'm and confident with them. That helps a lot with timing. I know the snap and the hold are going to be there. I have nothing to worry about – it will be my fault if something goes wrong.
