Committed Prospect Looking at UGA

WR Kendrick Johnson made a commitment to the Clemson Tigers back in early July, but that hasn't stopped other schools from still trying to recruit him. Since that time it appears he's opened things up and the Dawgs have now climbed into his top 2.

"I still like Florida, Georgia, Clemson, Central Michigan, FIU, FAU, Louisville, Tennessee, LSU and Auburn. The only offers I have are Georgia, Clemson, FIU, Bowling Green and Central Michigan though," Kendrick Johnson said.

Has one school pulled even with the Tigers?

"As of right now they're all pretty even but Georgia and Clemson are my top 2 picks."

Why are the Dawgs and Tigers on top?

Georgia: "Basically when I went up there for camp it was a nice, nice place. I felt at home and the hospitality there was great. One of my players on my team Charles Deas is planning on going there so we may go there together. We talk about it a lot."

Clemson: "There's nothing bad to say about Clemson. They throw the heck out of the football. Coach Swinney is a great guy. Very family oriented. He and coach Bowden take such good care of you."

Johnson will take all 5 of his visits.

"Were working on scheduling our official visit on September 17th to Clemson, and I've yet to schedule one to Georgia. I'm also working on ones with Tennessee, Bowling Green and LSU."
