ATHENS - Fourth-ranked Georgia conducted a 90-minute "dress rehearsal" Wednesday in preparation for its top 10 showdown with seventh-ranked Tennessee Saturday in Knoxville.
The Bulldogs (4-0, 2-0 SEC) worked out in jerseys, shorts and helmets and will hold a similar practice Thursday according to head coach Mark Richt
"We had a dress rehearsal today and will have another one tomorrow," said Richt. "We gave the skill players a little break with more of a walk through. It was a good day."
Richt announced the captains for the upcoming contest. They will be seniors D.J. Shockley (offense), Kedric Golston and Greg Blue (defense) and Bryan McClendon (special teams).
Kickoff Saturday will be at 3:30 p.m. ET, and the game will be televised nationally by CBS.
