Carlos Brown is one of the Top 5 Running Backs in the South, and he took an official visit to Florida State this weekend to check out the Seminoles. He came back impressed with what he saw.
"I took a visit to Florida State this weekend," said Brown. "I
really, really had a good time. Lorenzo Booker was my host. When I went to meet
with Coach Bowden in his office, I was in awe knowing I was sitting in Coach
Bobby Bowden's office. I actually got caught up in the moment and lost track of
what Coach Bowden was telling me," Brown added with a laugh.
"But we did talk about what kind of student athlete that are looking for,
and Coach Bowden talked about what kind of person he is. I really enjoyed
talking with Coach Bowden."
"After the game, I hung out with Lorenzo, Willie Reid, Xavier Lee, Anthony Kelly, and Myron Rolle."
Brown has one more visit set up, and he knows of at least one more.
"I have an official visit set up with Michigan on November 18th, and I am
also planning to visit Georgia. The other two visits are up in the air right
Brown and his Heard County teammates have their work cut out for them this week
as they take on defending State Champ Charlton County.
"We beat Dodge County 33-27 on Friday. I played with an injured foot, but
still had over 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns."
