Taylor to start against LSU

ATHENS - Not only is Tony Taylor going to play in the SEC Championship Game, he's going to start at middle linebacker, linebackers coach John Jancek said Tuesday.

"Oh yeah, Tony's back," Jancek said after Tuesday's practice. "We'll see how the rest of the week goes as far as starting at the other spots."

Jarvis Jackson, who started at middle linebacker during the Kentucky and Georgia Tech games while Taylor sat out due to a knee injury, or Danny Verdun Wheeler likely will start at weakside linebacker. Brandon Miller probably will remain as the strongside starter.

"Tony Taylor looked good out there at practice today," Jancek said.

Offensive lineman Daniel Inman also expects to start.. Inman missed the second half of the Georgia Tech game due to a sprained rotator cuff.

"It's like throwing a baseball too hard so it not too bad," he said.

Linebacker Dannell Ellerbe missed the Georgia Tech game due to a shoulder stinger but expects to play this weekend.
