Kendall's Take: Dawgs focus on recruiting

ATHENS - Josh Kendall takes a look at Georgia's recruiting.

Strong Side

The Bulldogs are loaded at linebacker. They have four players at the position who are rated at least four stars by Scout.com – Darrius Dewberry of Peach County, Akeem Dent of Altanta, Akeem Hebron of Maryland and Darryl Gamble of Bainbridge.

Weak Side

Georgia can afford to go light on defensive backs this year, but they'd like to add at least one more to a class that currently includes only one safety, Houston County's Quinton Banks. Reshad Jones of Atlanta is the main target.

Biggest Need

Georgia still needs some help at wide receiver. Kris Durham of Calhoun and Tony Wilson of Florida are the only pass catchers in the class so far, and the Bulldogs have missed on some of their biggest targets at the position.

Key Move

Knowshon Moreno of New Jersey is the primary target at running back. He's strongly considering the Bulldogs, Florida and Virginia Tech, according to Scout.com.
