About Alabama: The Tide has lost five straight, including a 35-point beating by Tennessee last week. … Junior wing player Navonda Moore had 26 points against the Lady Vols just three days after dislocating her kneecap in a game against Auburn. Moore also led Alabama in scoring the last time out, getting 18 points in a loss to Vanderbilt.

Scouting report: This game is a mismatch in every way. Georgia leads the SEC with 82.9 points per game, while Alabama is 10th in the league in scoring defense. The Tide doesn't make up for it on offense, either. Alabama is 11th in the SEC in scoring. The one area where Alabama has an advantage to exploit is rebounding. The Crimson Tide is fourth in the SEC with a rebounding margin of plus-eight, while Georgia is eighth with a margin of plus-2.1.
