Profile 2003 - Cornelius Reynolds (RB/S)

Carrollton, GA, a little town in West Georgia, has a big secret. Carrollton is home to one of the top athletes in the state. Cornelius Reynolds quietly rushed for over 1,300 yards on only 121 carries last season, while averaging 13 tackles a game on defense. At 5-11 and 191 pounds with 4.5 speed, Reynolds has to star at running back or defensive back at the next level.

"I'm camping at Clemson on Thursday (today)," said Reynolds. "I'm also going to Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia Southern this summer. Having already attended a one day Middle Tennessee camp, Reynolds lists the Blue Raiders among his favorites. "You'd have to put Middle Tennessee in there, because they've been talking to me the most. I also like Alabama, Georgia, Clemson, and Jacksonville State."

Reynolds may have been a relative secret in the recruiting world, but the kind of talent that he possesses does not stay hidden for long.
