FINAL WORD: When Kris Durham participated in Georgia's summer camp for juniors in 2005 it was evident that his number one strength was his ability to catch the ball. He will need to work on his ability to get off the line of scrimmage, as right now he is susceptible to being jammed on the line. Still, Durham is being pointed to as a player who could be a "surprise" receiver for Georgia. He's got one thing for sure that many of Georgia's current receivers are being criticized about – the ability to catch the ball. There is a very good chance Durham will play this fall, particularly if he gets on special teams. Durham is not a home-run threat at receiver, but his frame and hands make him an attractive target for Bulldog quarterbacks right now. Since arriving in Athens, Durham often stays after practice to work on little things – that extra work may get him onto the field in 2006.
