Thomas Brown: There has always been a battle between the three of us. We are going to continue to fight out there for more playing time, and during that we are all three going to try to get better.
In the little time that you have known him, can you talk about Coach Tony Ball a little bit?
Like you said, I've not had a lot of time with him, but so far he seems like a very good guy – a very knowledgeable guy. He's a very down-to-Earth coach and I look forward to working with him.
The one difference between him and Kirby Smart is that one has an offensive background and the other one has a defensive background. Do you think that will make a difference?
I think it will make a difference. Coach Smart was a wonderful coach, but, like you said, he did not have the experience on the offensive side of the ball – and with running backs specifically. Coach Ball has previous experience with receivers and backs, so I think that he will be a little bit more knowledgeable about the offensive side of the ball.
Kickoff return – Coach Ball is going to be working with that, too. How do y'all work with that thing to yank it back up to where you want it to be?
I really couldn't tell you. We have to find something to get us going so that we can be more consistent and get more yardage out of that.
Ramarcus Brown has been back there, you have been back there – they have tried a lot of different guys back there – do you have any advice for them as far as how to correct to correct it?
No – I just…
Is it that y'all don't get a lot of real-game work at it?
No we worked a lot at it last year, but there are one or two things when you are watching the film that is screwing up the whole thing.
