Dawgs Lead For In-State OL

Antwane Greenlee is one of the top players in the Peach State this year and the big OL from Columbus already has three offers on the table and an early leader to garner to his signature.

"I have offers from Georgia, Auburn, Ole Miss. Clemson, Mississippi State and LSU are after me also," Antwane Greenlee said.

The Bulldogs of Georgia are on top.

"I like Georgia, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State and Michigan. I'm leaning to Georgia."

Why are the Dawgs out front?

"Coach Richt man, he's awesome. Just to sit down and see what type of person he is showed me a lot. I enjoyed being in his presence."

Greenlee was impressed by the facilities on his junior day trip to Athens as well.

"Their locker room is great and I loved seeing how the coaches coached last year when I came up for a camp. I plan on camping at their senior camp this year also. The dorms are so nice. I met Matthew Stafford and I toured his dorm room. They're all really big rooms and have a lot of space."

What stands out about the other schools in contention?

Auburn: "It's real nice over there. I went to a lot of their games last year. I talk to them a lot and I'm going to go watch them when spring practice starts."

Clemson: "I stopped by Clemson last summer and they were re-modeling at the time. I can't wait to see it finished. Seems like a great football town."

Florida State: "Bobby Bowden is all you can say. He's the man. Winningest coach in NCAA."

Michigan: "It's the biggest stadium in the country."

Antwane thinks two more offers could be just around the corner.

"I go to Clemson on Saturday and they should offer then. Mississippi State said they would offer me on my visit on the 25th."

If recruiters plan on inking Greenlee, they better move quickly because the big guy plans to commit before he plays a single down of his senior year. Stay tuned to Scout.com for the latest on this Georgia gem…
