Mann talks recruiting

Bryan Mann, a quarterback out of Glades Central Community High School in Florida, recently spoke with Quentin Grant about recruiting and future plans.

Quentin Grant: What schools are in contact with you at this time?

Bryan Mann: Well I'm not in touch with a lot of schools right now, but I have been offered by Ole Miss.

So no other schools have offered you yet?

I get a lot of letters but no offers.

Do you want to play quarterback at the next level or would you be interested in switching to defensive back?

Yes sir, I plan to play quarterback.

Where do you plan on camping this summer?

My coach has a whole list of camps lined up for me this summer. We are going to the Auburn camp, Florida camp, a camp in Hoover, Alabama. We are also going to the Adidas Camp in Tennessee, Georgia, and Georgia Tech. On April 8 I go to the Elite Eleven Camp.

Have you attended any Junior Days or do you plan on attending any?

I have gone to Miami's Junior Day and that is the only one so far.

What is the main thing you are looking for in the school you commit to?

I'm going to try and go somewhere I fit the environment. I want to feel at home, and I want a school with a good academic program. I want to see the graduation rate for football players at each school.

When are you looking at making a commitment?

Whenever the time is right, but it will probably be late because I want other coaches to come and see other players off of my high school team. I really want them to be recruited too.
