Inman all about team goals

ATHENS – Daniel Inman spoke with Dean Legge for a short time about Georgia's spring practices.

Dean Legge: How has your spring been so far y'all?

Daniel Inman: I think, so far, the offensive line – the first couple of days was not that bad, but we had a lot of stuff to work out. After that I have been really pleased with this spring, and how hard people are working. The coaches' and players' attitudes has been great. I would have to say that so far this has probably been one of the best springs I have been associated with at Georgia.

You have to defend a championship in the fall – how do you get ready for that?

It started with the leaders we had last year. They leave big shoes to fill, but you have to jump in there and fill them. Winning is a habit; I think around here it's a habit. Winning is something that Georgia wants to carry on. Its not easy, but with hard work and dedication, as well as the talent we have in here, and the unity within this team – winning will take care of itself.

You have one year left up here – what are your goals?

I think about the team's goals, and what we need to do as a team – SEC Champs. I guess everyone has their individual goals, but I just want to see some of these young guys succeed because I think this is their time to shine. These might not be the guys I came in with, but they are the guys I have been here with since my redshirt freshman season. I just want to see the team do well, and finish strong.
