McCray eyes Dawgs, Gators, Tigers and FSU

Quentin Grant recently spoke with D'Angelo McCray about the recruiting process. See what this tide end out of Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Florida had to say about Georgia and his future plans.

Quentin Grant: What schools are currently in contact with you right now?

D'Angelo McCray: I have been hearing from a lot of schools right now. Clemson, Florida, Florida State and Georgia are just a few.

Do you have any offers from those schools?

Yes, they have all offered me.

Do you have any favorites right now?

No sir, I'm wide open right now.

Where do you plan on camping this summer?

Well I plan on going to the Nike Camp and I'm also going to the "Down and Dirty" camp.

Have you attended any Junior Days or do you plan on attending any in the future?

I went to Florida State's last weekend and I want to go to Florida's. My coach and I want to make a weekend trip of about 6 schools if he can get out of school for a day. We want to go to South Carolina, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, and a couple of others. I'll only be able to do that if my coach is able to get off the day from school.

What are a couple of things you are looking for in a school?

Well I want to look at the graduation rate. I also want to look at the coaches and environment of the school.

What are some of your strengths as a player?

Well, I think I catch the ball well, and I get off the line well.

When are you looking at making a commitment?

Well I want to make the US Army All-American game. If I do I will commit during the week of the game. If I don't I will probably commit before that.
