Slight Leader for 4-Star ATH?

When your looking at top athletes from across the country, one name that has to come up repeatedly is Georgia's Eric Berry. He's collected offers from schools across the country and his speed is unmatched by almost anyone in the nation.

"I now have offers from Notre Dame, Texas, Mississippi State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Miami, Duke, Ohio State, North Carolina, Auburn, Tennessee and Florida," Eric Berry said.

Five schools standout to Berry and one holds a slight early lead.

"I like Georgia, Miami, Tennessee, Ohio State, Tennessee and Texas. I don't really have a leader but Tennessee may have a slight advantage."

Why do the Vols stand out at this stage?

"When I went up there they told me I had the opportunity to play anything I wanted. I like to have that versatility to play a bunch of positions. I like the mixture of offense and defense. Of course, my dad played at Tennessee also."

Berry talks about the other four schools on his early list.

Georgia: "I like their intensity and their whole coaching staff. They're just real people. Coach Richt has so many values and standards. He makes his players into men, not just football players."

Miami: "I just like their swagger and their attitude."

Ohio State: "They just go about their business kind of quietly but when it comes time to go to work, they handle it."

Texas: "They only offer mostly kids in-state so to get one from them is big. It shows they're really interested in me."

Eric's summer camp plans tentatively have him attending Georgia's Senior camp as well as the Scout.com Combine at Georgia Tech on April 15th…
