Georgia's baseball team came back on Thursday, but Friday it was a different story as Kentucky led by Craig Snipp's complete game defeated the Bulldogs 8-3. The loss snapped the Dawgs 13-game win streak and gives the Wildcats at least a share of the SEC Title. It is their first in their school's history. Georgia was just on the wrong side of too many close calls. After the game senior catcher Jason Jacobs who went 2-3 with a run on Friday talked to me.

Dave McMahon -- How hard was it for you to watch another team celebrate on your home field?

Jason Jacobs -- I just wished it was us. They are a great team and you got to hand it to them.

DM -- Even with the loss, you still have a lot to play for, right?

JJ -- Definately. We just have to come back tomorrow and play hard. Tomorrow is another game and there are a lot more big games next week and after that.

DM -- Being a senior, did you talk to the team after the game?

JJ -- I talked some, but this is a mature team, they know how it is.

DM -- Thank you for your time and good luck the rest of the way.
