Scott, a 6-2, 180 pound corner back that also doubles as a running back for his high school team, is interested in a number of schools including: Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Florida, FSU, Miami, Auburn, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Carolina State, and Georgia.
Georgia has sent Coach Pierce to recruit Scott. Scott said that he has not talked with a Georgia coach since May due to NCAA regulations.
"But they have been calling my coach a lot."
When asked what interests him in the plethora of schools he in considering Scott said, "all of them compete for their conference title or for the national title and that is very important to me."
But Scott added, "I also look at the players that they have, who is leaving and who is coming in."
Scott said that communications would likely be his major. He added that he wants a family atmosphere. And that he wants to be in a program where "I am member of the family."
"I have the total package, I am a big play waiting to happen. You throw it my way, there is a threat that I will pick it off and take it to the house. I can hit too."
Scott missed the Georgia camp last Friday and Saturday but did make it to the Georgia Tech camp.
"I liked the Tech camp. The coaches thought highly of me. I talked a lot with coach Gailey Saturday."
Scott has visited Miami, Florida, FSU, Georgia Tech. He visit Auburn Alabama later on in the summer. Scott added that he will visit Georgia later in the year, although he was not clear if the visit would be official or not.
"How I interact with the players will determine where I will go to school."
