"Coaches from Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Alabama, and Florida have been in contact with me recently," said Burnett. "All the coaches seem pretty cool."
Is staying close to home important for Burnett?
"I'll try, but it really doesn't matter. I'm just wide open right now."
Burnett and North Clayton are working hard to get better this summer.
"We have practice Monday through Thursday, and I also lift weights and
Burnett recently participated in a 7 on 7 tournament with his team. They were knocked out early, but Burnett rated his performance as "pretty good". No matter how Burnett rates himself, college coaches have him high on their list.
As far as any other camps this summer he is still unsure which ones he will go to.
Away from football:
"I like to play games, listen to music and hang out with my friends. I like playing video games especially NCAA football.
"I run track and play basketball."
