Combine star to camp with Dawgs

ATHENS – Georgia's annual summer camp, which features some of the top players in the South interested in the Bulldogs, will include one local player interested in getting an offer from the Dawgs. The camp runs from July 7-8.

Terence Edge, an offensive lineman from Tri-Cities, said that he will be in Athens for Georgia's summer camp in two weeks. Edge has been hearing from a lot of college, but it still waiting for his first offer.

"I can wait for the camp," Edge said. "I think it will help me better my technique – I want to get that part of my game better."

Edge said Georgia, Georgia Tech, Tulane, Maryland and Boston College are his favorites. The lineman might get an offer from one of the out-of-state schools soon. He said Georgia's camp won't be his last this summer, but that he's not settled the details of his remaining trips yet.

Edge said he will figure out his college plans later in the year. analysts consider Edge under the radar. During one combine Edge was beaten on the line only once all day. According to the scouts he is explosive and is a good student (3.7 GPA). He was considered the best offensive line prospect at's Atlanta Combine.
