2006's big question: Is a three-win season the ceiling for Mississippi State's program?

Inside the numbers vs. Georgia (as seen in the upcoming Dawg Post 2006 Season Preview):

32 years
That's how many years it has been since Mississippi Stat beat Georgia. The two conference foes have clashed only 20 times in their histories – with Georgia taking 15 of them. Georgia has played State only eight times since 1974 – the fewest games played against any other SEC school in that time besides Arkansas, who joined the conference in 1992.

SEC Media Day's quote to note:

"I totally agree with that. In fact, we are going to put you in charge to make sure that we get that done." - Mississippi State Head Coach Sylvester Croom on if he would like to be able to see his players most often in the off-season. Croom said the NCAA "does not trust us right now", when talking about college football coaches.

Legge's projected SEC finish: 6th SEC West

Legge's All-SEC Bulldogs: None
