Senior Video on UGA's 1st Commitment

Tanner Strickland was Georgia's first public commitment for the Class of 2007. He plays fullback and offensive line for his Berrien team. See him in action as ScoutTV went to see him against Albany.

At times Georgia had trouble running the ball against Colorado this weekend. Maybe the answer at running back lies with their first commitment for the Class of 2007, Tanner Strickland. Strickland lines up at fullback at right tackle for his Berrien team, and he had two rushing touchdowns against Albany went ScoutTV went to see him play.

I'm kidding of course about the Strickland to running back, but the plan is still to have the 6-4 and 280+ pound Strickland help out in the running game.

Strickland will have to work on his fundamentals and his quickness to succeed on the college level. He plays with his pad level too high and does not get enough leverage for a future interior lineman in the SEC. Those are coaching tips that Georgia's offensive line coach Neil Callaway will instill into Strickland in a hurry.

It's not every day that you get to see a player with the attributes of Strickland line up at fullback, and you'll enjoy this presentation by ScoutTV.
