Eric Norwood: Kentucky Post Game
Question: Kentucky almost came back there late in the game, but you guys hung on. Is any SEC win on the road a good win?
Answer: It's still a win. Anytime you go on the road in the SEC, you've got to pack your defense, and that's what we tried to do. They almost came back, but we played strong and finished the game.
Question: Did you get a little uneasy during the fourth quarter when they were making their comeback?
Answer: At times, but we kept our composure and just tried to finish strong. We just tried to do what we practice every day.
Question: What made it difficult to put pressure on Andre Woodson in the second half?
Answer: In the second half, we had our struggles with the pass rush, but in the end we won the game. We're going to get better with it.
Question: You guys held the potent Kentucky offense to only 10 points through the first 57 minutes of the game. What did you do that was so effective?
Answer: Just playing solid defense, that's it. In the second half they came out and got momentum on their fake punt.
