Ware: "Very frustrating" not to play

Third-string tailback Danny Ware called it "very frustrating" that he didn't play Saturday for the first time since his freshman season, but he promised to maintain a positive attitude.

"You can't dwell on it, you just have to go out there and get ready for this weekend," he said. Running backs coach Tony Ball said "it was just one of those things where he felt like Thomas (Brown) and Kregg (Lumpkin) were running the ball well, and he just didn't get a chance to get me in."

Ware was the Bulldogs' leading rusher after three games and seemed to be on the way to a solid season, but Georgia's coaches appear to have lost faith in him after Ware fumbled away the ball against Colorado.

"I'm disappointed of course," he said. "I feel like I'm an athlete, and I want to go out there and help the team as much as I can."
