"Everybody is tired across the nation, not just Georgia," said Richt as the Bulldogs have played nine straight weeks. After the UK game, Georgia faces sixth-ranked Auburn on Nov. 11, and then the Bulldogs will have an open date.
Injuries on the offensive line have forced the healthy linemen to play almost the entire game with little time for a break.
"We've been mixing and matching up front, we're not rolling in two units," said Richt.
Richt added that junior guard Chester Adams might not be available this Saturday due to an ankle injury. Senior Michael Turner is slated to start. Also, sophomore split end Mohamed Massaquoi has been bothered by a hamstring injury and Richt indicated he did not finish practice Wednesday. Freshman linebacker Darius Dewberry should return next week from a hamstring injury.
