Vince Vance at a listed 6-8 and 285 pounds has offers from all around the South and beyond. He is a raw prospect that is new to the game of football. He redshirted his first year at GMC and will have three years to play three at his college of choice. He has a great wingspan and is very aggressive. He will need to work on his technique as he lets a lot of defenders get into his chest, and he loses leverage. But the athletic ability and potential is obvious. Vance will likely make a decision between Georgia and South Carolina

Jarius Wynn is a defensive end that is ready to play. He will have two years of eligibility remaining at his college of choice. He has made big strides as a player since he was a member of Lincoln County's State Championship Team. He is big, athletic, and aggressive. He is a player that will be brought in to be part of someone's two deep right away. Wynn is leaning to Georgia over Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Boston McCornell is a linebacker that was one of the top prep linebackers in the state of Georgia two years ago. He is a sophomore at GMC, and he runs sideline to sideline with the best of them and has great size. I don't think he's quite on the same level that Jasper Brinkley was for the Bulldogs last year, but he is still a player that could contribute right away on the next level.

Donsay Hardeman was one of the best safeties in the south last year as a prep player at Raines High School in Jacksonville, Fla. and the 6-2 and 200 pound safety has continued his good work at GMC. He is arguably their best defender right now and had a big game against Troy JV with an interception returned for a touchdown and a fumble recovery. He is a freshman at GMC, and once he gets his academics in order, he'll be on of the big prizes for someone in the Class of 2008.

Two other freshmen that caught my eye several times during the game vs Troy were big Lionel Mapp (6-5/370) at Right Tackle. He can be seen during Vance's clips above. And wide receiver Roddell Carter. Carter is a huge target at 6-4 and 215 pounds that has soft hands and uses his body well to get open.
