Now that football's over, Wiggins said he's been spending a lot of time in the weight room.
"I don't have a whole lot of time left until I start college so I'm trying to make the most of it," he said.
Wiggins, 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, talked about the latest on the recruiting front.
"I've been to Georgia for an official visit," he said. "That was a great trip. I don't have any others set up. I'm making my announcement on December 22nd."
When asked what other teams are in it, Wiggins wasn't ready to single anyone out.
"I'm still wide open," he said. "I'm still looking at a few of them. I just have to figure out which one is best for me."
"Michigan's a great program," he said. "Miami, I thought it was a great move when they hired Randy Shannon."
Shannon made an in-home visit to Wiggins while he was still defensive coordinator. Since he became head coach, Wiggins said he hasn't spoken to him.
"I haven't but he's left a few messages," he said.
Coach Martinez from Georgia has also made an in-home visit and keeps in regular contact with Wiggins.
"I talk to him a lot," he said.
With early graduation coming up soon, Wiggins is on the verge of making his college decision. Stay tuned to Scout.com for the latest.
