Jordan wants to hear more from Dawgs

Brentwood (TN) Academy wide receiver Chris Jordan lived in Georgia a year ago, and he attended a camp in Athens and liked what he saw. But he still doesn't have an offer from Georgia and hasn't been hearing that much from Bulldog coaches. But if an offer does come to play for the Bulldogs, he would be interested.

Matthew Borenstein: How have things been going for you?

Chris Jordan: Pretty good. I already got some offers.

MB: Where do you have offers from?

CJ: UT, Ole Miss, Clemson and Alabama plus a handful of them I can't think of right now. I am hoping for offer from LSU, Michigan and Georgia.

MB: What's it that you like about Georgia?

CJ: I was down in Georgia for two-and-a-years. I played at Norcross and attended a passing league at Georgia. I liked the college, but I haven't talked to the coaches. I have not heard from none of them. The only coach I know is coach Bobo.

MB: What are you looking for in a school?

CJ: I don't really know what I am looking for. Right now, I am looking at the teams. When my senior year comes, I will look at what they have to offer including academics.

MB: Do you have a timeline for visiting and making a decision?

CJ: I am in the process of visiting. It all depends and if I go visit and feel like it's the place for me. I am not concerned with the timing.

MB: Have you visited anywhere yet?

CJ: UT and Ole Miss.

MB: Do you have any more visits planned?

CJ: Not right now. I am going to go visit Michigan, but don't know when. I have to call the coach.

MB: How about any junior days or camps?

CJ: I am going to Ole Miss' junior day this weekend. I am going to try to come to Georgia's camp and Auburn's.

MB: What are you looking to on the field your senior year?

CJ: I don't know. I don't set goals because they put limits on you. I try to do my best every game and then do better than that the next game.

MB: How big a factor will be your ties to the state of Georgia when it comes to making a decision?

CJ: It wasn't that big a factor. I'm used to it, but it's like any place. It's not that big a deal. Travel wise, my family will follow me wherever I play.
