2007 Spring Practice: Day 13 Practice Report

ATHENS - The Georgia Bulldogs worked out for two hours on Wednesday in helmets and shoulder pads at the Woodruff practice fields.

There are now just two practices remaining in this year¹s edition of spring drills.

The Bulldogs held a scrimmage on Monday and will host the annual G-Day game on Saturday, but head coach Mark Richt said he was proud of the team¹s effort today.

³I was concerned they wouldn¹t put much effort into it since it¹s our last fundamental day, but it was spirited. The defense got the best of it today and they enjoyed that after Monday. It was a comeback for them,² Richt said.

Richt also mentioned that sophomore offensive lineman Vince Vance (knee) practiced the whole day.

³He¹ll probably play in the game,² said Richt.
