ATHENS – Georgia suffered its first injury of fall Sunday, but it's too early to say if it will affect the season.

Sophomore Bryan Evans suffered a pulled hamstring and left the field late in the practice.Evans is projected as one of the Bulldogs' starting cornerbacks.

"It was the end of the day, and it got him," head coach Mark Richt said after Sunday's two-hour practice. "He won't be back tomorrow, I can tell you that,"

Sophomore Prince Miller is expected to move into Evans' spot for now. Sophomore Asher Allen is expected to start on the other side.
