Elite Georgia Offensive Lineman Visits Tide

Cordy Glenn, Scout.com four-star offensive tackle from Riverdale, (Ga.), took an unofficial visit to Alabama this weekend to watch two of his top schools battle. Glenn talks about the visit, and the time-frame for a decision.

"It was a good game," Cordy Glenn said. "I thought Big Dre' [Andre Smith] played good. Trinton Sturdivant from Georgia played good. I liked watching both of those big tackles play."

"It was my first visit to Alabama for a game. It was good fun, but a long drive. The atmosphere was crazy. The fans supported the team on every single play."

"I talked to coach Saban during my trip. He said he could use me and needed me. He said I would be a good fit for the program. He said they weren't ready to be an elite team just yet, but they are getting there. I think coach Saban is a good coach. He gets straight to the point. He is a motivator and makes his players work hard."

"Alabama has real good tradition. They are going to get better every single year. They have a good staff, and they play hard. They are still at the top of my list. I would have to say it's dead even between Alabama and Georgia."

When asked a time-frame for his college decision Glenn said, "I plan on waiting until after my season before I make a decision. Right now I don't have any other visits scheduled."
