Everyone offering... except Georgia

Jamal Patterson just picked up another big offer from one of the top schools in the SEC.

Jamal Patterson's offer list is up to thirty two as he just received an offer from LSU in the mail.

"It was surprising because I've only been getting letters from them, and then an offer showed up in the mail just yesterday."

Patterson was unable to make it up to Athens for Georgia's junior daylast weekend because of a track meet, but he rescheduled his visit for April 5 which is G-Day.

He has yet to collect a Georgia offer among his list but the Georgia coaching staff has been in contact. "I've been hearing from them a good bit, and I hope to get an offer, but you never know. Every offer I get is an honor at this point."

How do you begin to narrow down the choices when you have thirty two quality schools to choose from?

"When it really comes down to it I'm going to look at the depth chart, style of play, coaching staff, and academics. I'm also interested in running track at whichever school I choose."

Patterson has also gotten it done in the classroom over the years as he was recently awarded the 2008 Georgia Certificate of Merit which is awarded for being in the top five percent academically in the state.

Patterson will be in attendance at Georgia's spring game in hopes of coming away with an official offer.
