Patterson will not be at Georgia camp

Jamal Patterson has been one of the most sought after recruits in the state of Georgia without an offer from the Dawgs. Has anything changed in the last few weeks?

Jamal Patterson has had a busy summer schedule for the past month and a half as the month of July closes .

"During the week from eight to four I've been working in the Summer Youth Program. We work with kids on sports, games , reading and writing. At six on Monday through Thursday we have team workouts at my high school."

He's had three visits already this summer and wants to try and schedule three more before the summer is over.

"I've visited Kentucky, Auburn, and Stanford this summer. I hope to take visits to Notre Dame, LSU, and West Viriginia. They are schools who have offered me and I want to at least give them a look."

Patterson has not narrowed down his list quite yet but says that he hopes to after he takes all of his unofficials.

"I've been hearing the most from Stanford, Central Florida, LSU, Florida, Wake Forest, Auburn, Notre Dame, and South Carolina."

When asked if he was still hearing from Georgia Patterson had the following to say.

"I hear from them occasionally. They want me to come to their camps, but the dates always seem to conflict with visits or camps at schools that have offered me so I haven't had a chance to get there."

Patterson's high school will be leaving for a national 7 on 7 tournament in Oregon which he seems to be excited about.

"This 7 on 7 tournament is one of the best in the country. Aaron Murray's team will be there and so will the number one quarterback in the country. We are really looking forward to going down there and competing."
