Chandler, a native of Woodstock, Ga., was the Bulldogs' third-leading receiver in 2007, hauling in 21 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns. He appeared in 12 games making 10 starts.
Chandler named to Mackey Award Watch List
Given annually to the best collegiate tight end, the John Mackey Award recipient is selected by vote of the John Mackey Award Selection Committee. The award is named for NFL Hall of Fame member John Mackey, who is considered to be the best to have played the tight end position. Mackey was a role model on and off the field as demonstrated by his Super Bowl Championship, his commitment to community and his place in history as the first President of the NFLPA.
