Georgia remains in top 2 in recruiting

With three players from TheInsiders.com 101 team, Georgia has held off hard charging Alabama and South Carolina in the updated version of the BorderWars Regional Recruiting Rankings.

A key for the table headings is below. Prep-Signees were not factored into the rankings, but JuCos were. The total rank is a subjective opinion based on player knowledge and the player rankings by TheInsiders.com. JuCos are counted equally in the objective data below, but are not weighed quite as heavily in the subjective data. Meaning a team will get more credit for a 4 star prep player with 4 years of eligibility than a 4 star prep player with 2.

These rankings will be updated every Monday until January. In January, they will be updated daily.

LSU holds on to the top spot in this week's recruiting rankings while Alabama and South Carolina have closed the gap. Auburn has had a busy November picking up 4 verbal commitments and moves up to the number 5 spot. North Carolina has been quiet during the year as they wait for commitments from their big fish, and FSU and Tennessee are poised for another late break at the top position.
