Georgia OL Names Favorites

Duran Christophe, offensive lineman from Woodstock Ga., received a new offer yesterday. The big man names No 1-3.

"I just got off the phone with Coach [Greg] Nord," Duran Christophe said. "He actually talked to my mom at first. They talked about an official visit up there [Louisville]. I got on the phone after they talked. He told me that I had a scholarship offer from them."

"Coach Nord said that one of their coaches was fired up about my highlight tape. He said, that the coach said, that we have to get this guy up here."

Louisville now leads for Christophe.

"They're up their now," he commented. "Louisville is definitely No. 1 right now. When you get an offer it changes things. Louisville is No. 1. Alabama is second. Georgia is third."

Christophe is excited about his latest offer, but is hesitant to commit.

"I'd say that I'll wait to commit, but this offer has gotten me excited," he commented. "I guess that I'm still planning to wait. I don't really have certain time set for when I wanna commit."

Christophe will face North Cobb, and three-star defensive lineman Derrick Lott, tonight.
