"It's important that we get our minds right and that we get our work in," Georgia coach Mark Richt said. "We cannot go through the motions this week. We need to practice with enthusiasm and intensity, because it's going to take that kind of effort in the game on Saturday."
The Bulldogs are 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the SEC. Tennessee is off to a 2-3 start, including an 0-2 mark in the conference.
"We've got tremendous respect for Tennessee," Georgia fullback Shaun Chapas said. "The past two years, they've really taken it to us. It's going to be another tough SEC game, and we've got to work hard this week to get ready to play."
