Howard moves Clemson to #1.... for now

Marcus Howard said that his trip to Clemson moved the Tigers over Georgia for number one on his list. How long will that last?

Marcus Howard liked his trip to Clemson so much that he named the Tigers his number one school. "I think that they are number one right now," said Howard. However Howard pointed out that Georgia may well be his number one school after next weekend: "But it is very much possible that Georgia could jump back over them after I visit them this weekend. I have liked Georgia a little bit more than Clemson for a while but this weekend helped put Clemson at number one. That could change this weekend."

When asked why he moved the Tigers over the Dawgs on his list of favorites Howard said, "I got to see what Clemson is all about, and I liked it." Howard will visit Athens this weekend with four other prep stars.

Howard said this about his upcoming trip to Athens: "I want to look at the depth chart and see how the coaches feel to me. There was no pressure to commit at Clemson and that made me feel good."
